馬航遭擊落 長榮譴責暴力行為

馬航客機MH17在烏克蘭上空墜毀，長榮航空總經理鄭傳義今天對於暴力行為表達譴責，認為此事嚴重威脅全球飛航安全，影響層面重大，長榮已在昨凌晨零時起，更改西歐飛回台灣的航班航路。

民航局長沈啟說，馬航墜毀事情一發生，民航局今天上午緊急發文通知國籍航空更改航路，避開烏克蘭空域。據了解，包括英航、法航等各家航空公司，有已全數更改航道。

國籍航空中，華航從今年4月3日起就已經更改航道，從羅馬尼亞、保加利亞、土耳其、亞塞拜然、土庫曼進入印度空域。

長榮航空今年初烏克蘭政局不穩，當時曾經更改航道，後來又改回飛航烏克蘭空域。鄭傳義說，烏克蘭空域是最經濟、便捷的路線，是往返歐亞的必經路線，但現已避開，飛航時間會增加20分鐘左右。長榮每周飛航西歐有20架班機，直到烏克蘭政局穩定之後，才會考量回復。
