美律師倡議 死人帳號親人接管

（中央社華盛頓16日綜合外電報導）關於民眾死後該如何處置他的臉書（Facebook）、雅虎（Yahoo）、Gmail等網站帳號，一群頗具影響力的美國律師今天表示，他們已有主張，那就是由親人接管。

成員由美國各州政府指派以協助州法標準化的「州法統一委員會」（Uniform Law Commission），今天可望通過1項計畫，讓死者的摯愛之人自動取得死者數位帳戶的使用權限，除非死者遺囑中另有交代。

美國各州立法時，須經由州立法機關通過。如果獲得通過，指定帳戶使用權可能成為遺產規劃的重要工具，從而使大家得以決定，在規劃遺產時，應關掉哪些網路帳號。

這項計畫可能使部分隱私權倡議人士受挫，他們認為大家不該非得透過遺囑來保護敏感資訊。1030717
