中華拆機退回亞太

原本手機號碼是亞太去年7月轉入中華
今年8月被公司裁員 8/9/10的電信+小額付款
沒繳昨天賣了我的收藏品才有錢去繳
中華電信跟我說我手機目前是緩拆機
但如果我真的被拆機了中華會拆機沒罰款會把手機門號
退回亞太待所有欠繳電信費繳完才能回復
我想問真的不會有罰款嗎亞太那裏會有其他處罰嗎
請大大們講解一下
