日前被交易到達拉斯小牛的Rajon Rondo，3日重返TD花園，果然相當熟悉，狂飆生涯新高5記三分球，幫助新東家119：101輕取老東家波士頓塞爾提克。

賽前，塞爾提克球團在現場大螢幕播放影片，感謝Rondo這些年的貢獻，全場球迷也掌聲歡迎Rondo以客隊身分重返波士頓。

Rondo用最佳表現回饋這些「最熟悉的陌生人」，單場29分、6籃板、5助攻，命中率高達63.2%，賽後與前隊友們相擁、握手致意。

小牛得分後衛Monta Ellis攻下22分，與Rondo聯手得到51分，這是自2010年2月8日Jason Kidd、Jason Terry合得53分以來，球隊後場搭擋得分最高紀錄。

少了Rondo的塞爾提克，控衛Avery Bradley得到全隊最高22分，新秀控衛Marcus Smart貢獻8分、7助攻，但全隊籃板輸了14個。
