都計法新北細則通過　海砂屋改建有解

【郭寶懃／台北報導】昨日「都市計畫法新北市施行細則 (草案)」經內政部審查通過，內容包括解決海砂屋無法依現行建蔽率改建、對公共環境及實際需要訂定獎勵原則等，預計2014年初經行政院備查後，即可公布施行。

新北市城鄉發展局局長張璠表示，在海砂屋改建的部分，目前草案訂立經建築主管機關專案核准拆除重建，或基地情況特殊者經都市設計委員會審議通過者，將可依原建蔽率辦理重建；而公共環境獎勵原則部分，在公益設施上增加老人及托育設施獎勵。
