明年9月　記名學生票悠遊卡才享公車優惠

【郭美瑜／台北報導】台北市公運處與悠遊卡公司今宣布，明年九月起，學生搭台北市聯營公車，必須持記名學生票悠遊卡，才享有學生票12元優惠，屆時，現行發行的無記名學生票將自動轉為普通卡，悠遊卡公司也接受退卡及返還餘額。

悠遊卡公司科長陳志豪表示，悠遊卡公司自2003年至今共發行500萬張無記名學生卡，受理100萬張退卡，近3年未動用有107萬張，目前流通在外有293萬張。明年9月起，現行發行的無記名學生卡將自動轉為普通卡，學生必須重新辦理二代的記名學生票悠遊卡，才有搭公車享學生票12元優惠。記名學生票悠遊卡辦卡費用暫定150元。

北市公運處科長黃信豪表示，記名學生票悠遊卡可防冒用，稽查人員今年1至9月稽查公車刷卡情形，稽查3.6萬人次，有4600人次無法出示學生證件，必須補足3元為全票的差額。
