手機碰到水，不尋常震動

剛剛洗澡的時候，手機掉到地板而且蓋子被打開了!
然後有電池那一面就碰到地板，後來就小心拿起來風乾
結果現在只要一開機通電
就會小幅度震動
跟打電話來的那種震動不同
是比較輕微的，但是一直持續。
該怎麼辦?

PS手機是Sony Xperia miro
