新莊區鄭姓男子10日晚間因兒子被前妻接走，他要求見兒子未果竟抱瓦斯桶嗆自殺，警方趁男子與消防人員溝通時，搶上前逮人送辦。

鄭姓男子與前妻雖離婚7年，但雙方卻為兒子監護權爭執不下，兒子就學的小學放學時，前妻提前把兒子接走，引來鄭男不滿，昨晚向前妻要求見兒子未果，竟在新莊中泰街的住處抱瓦斯桶嗆自殺。

警消昨天晚間8時接獲通報後，派員前往救援卻遭拒，鄭男在陽台抱瓦斯桶大叫並自行報警，警消連絡鄭男前妻帶兒子出面卻遭拒，使得場面一度嚴峻，消防人員只好先撤離附近居民。

由於鄭男要求附近不能有制服員警出現，新莊警分局中港派出所員警只好改換便服在附近埋伏，就當鄭男昨晚10時20分打開家門讓消防人員進入檢視瓦斯安全時，便衣員警即一湧而上，將鄭男制伏。

雖然鄭男強調只想看兒子一面，經警方不斷安撫後情緒逐漸恢復正常，也對自己一時衝動表示後悔，但警方訊後依公共危險罪嫌將鄭男依送法辦。(中央社)
